What we do, and why.
One studio. Two disciplines. Ninety-nine spreadsheets.

We make spreadsheets the way letterpress books used to be made, slowly, by hand, with attention to the things readers can't name but feel. Margins. Tab order. Where the eye lands first. The honest weight of a number versus a label.
Most planners ask you to schedule every hour and then guilt you when you don't. Ours don't. They ask better questions. They do the boring math themselves. They look the way a good notebook looks.
Two disciplines run through everything we ship. Coastal is the personal line, weddings, family budgets, lake houses, the year in pictures. Business is the operating line, pricing, payroll, route sheets, the kind of toolkit a one-person shop can grow into a three-person shop without losing the plot.
Every file is Excel + Google Sheets compatible. Every formula is unlocked and editable. You buy it once. You keep it forever. There is no subscription, there is no upsell ladder, and there is no “pro tier” that hides the good tabs behind a paywall.
Every tab earns its place. If a row doesn't help you make a decision, it doesn't ship.
Pricing on the front of the box. No subscriptions, no upsells, no 'lite' versions.
Open format, unlocked formulas, your file forever. Re-download anytime from your receipt.
Four passes before a file leaves the studio.
- I.Sketch
Decide what the file is for in one sentence. Anything that doesn't serve that sentence gets cut before a formula is written.
- II.Build
Open the .xlsx. Lay out the tabs, name the columns, wire the formulas. Use the file as a real customer for a week.
- III.Audit
Comb every cell. Lock the inputs. Hide the math, leave the formulas unlocked. Type-set the headers like a printed page.
- IV.Ship
Photograph the tabs. Write a description that reads honestly. Price it. Send it to the list before it goes to Etsy.
“If I wouldn't put my name on the receipt, the file doesn't ship. Everything here has my name on the receipt.”
Two disciplines. One studio. Yours.
