SailsAndShore ("we", "us", "our") is a digital storefront selling Excel and Google Sheets workbooks and free calculators. We are operated from Oklahoma. When you access sailsandshore.com or purchase a product from us, you agree to these Terms.
When you purchase a workbook, we grant you a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your personal, family, or business operations. You may:
- Edit, customize, and modify the workbook to fit your needs
- Print, save, or store the workbook on any device you own
- Share the workbook privately with your household, family, or business team members who use it on your behalf
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the workbook publicly or with strangers
- Repackage the workbook as your own product
- Post the workbook to file-sharing sites
- Use the workbook as part of a competing template store
After successful payment via Stripe, you receive an immediate download link at the success page AND a delivery email with a signed download URL valid for 7 days. If you cannot access your download for any reason within that window, email hi@sailsandshore.com and we will resend it.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all workbook purchases. If the product doesn't work for you, reply to the delivery email or write to hi@sailsandshore.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No questions, no forms, no gotchas. See the full refund policy for details.
Our free tools, calculators, blog posts, and library resources are provided as-is. You may use them personally and share links to them freely. You may not repackage them commercially.
SailsAndShore workbooks provide organizational structure and calculation frameworks. They do not guarantee any specific financial, business, or life outcome. Every tax, real estate, and financial calculation should be reviewed with a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. The workbooks are tools; the decisions are yours.
We work hard to keep our regulatory, tax, and market data accurate as of the date each page was last updated. Tax rates change; laws change; markets move. Always verify current numbers with your CPA, attorney, or licensed advisor before making decisions.
SailsAndShore's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the weekly Monday email to subscribers. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes will be resolved in Oklahoma courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
