Returns & Refunds

Short version

All SailsAndShore products are instant-download digital files. Once the file has been sent, the purchase is non-refundable. This isn't a money grab. It's the nature of digital goods. There's no way to “return” a file the buyer already has on their machine.

What we will always do

• If the file is broken (won't open, missing tabs, corrupt formulas), reply to your receipt email and we'll resend or fix it within 24 hours.
• If you bought the wrong file by mistake within the first hour and haven't opened it yet, reply with the receipt and we'll swap it for the correct one at no cost.
• If something genuinely doesn't do what the listing said it would, reply and we'll make it right, the goal is for every buyer to feel the file was worth what they paid.
